The Risk Prevention Mechanism of Overseas Oil Investment of Chinese Enterprises

The paper discussed the organizational base and human resource base of the risk prevention mechanism of Chinese enterprises,put forward some opinions about the legal risk mechanism in the earlier stage of investment establish and the later stage of sustainable management.The paper thought that it should conduct a deep legal survey in the earlier stage and evaluate appropriately the legal risk and take feasible control countermeasure.In the later stage,it should continually pay attention to trends of the lawmaking and judicatory,analyze the legal feasibility of the important production and operation activities and harmonize the inside and outside relationship of the enterprises according to the law.
