中小乳制品企业构建基于ECR的供应链模式研究

基于对乳制品行业的现状和产供销环节的分析，提出了中小乳制品企业必须构建基于ECR的供应链管理新模式——协助成立“奶业合作社”并与之建立长期的合作伙伴关系，实施全过程“冷链化”物流配送并对分销商实施供应商管理库存，从而快速响应客户的需求，并有效降低企业经营成本，重建消费者对国产乳品的信心。
