| 摘 要： | Research on relationship between authentic leadership and employees＇ work attitude is helpful for leaders to improve their leading ability and behaviors and influence workers＇ attitude and behaviors, establish sound relationship between leaders and workers, promote enterprise surviving and developing. To research the relationship, this article has used and formulated questionnaire and preliminary investigation in particular to prove scientific value of the methods by researching on relationship between authentic leadership and employees＇ work attitude.
