| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国的经济社会经历了巨大的变化,社会保障事业在这30年间也进行了巨大的转型,不管是制度内容方面,还是宏观管理方面,都取得了骄人的成绩,特别是最近十年,社会保障事业进入转型的全面攻坚阶段.回顾改革开放以来我国社会保障事业的发展是为了总结经验,吸取教训,为未来社会保障事业的发展指明方向.

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening-up , economy and society has undergone great changes, and social security has also taken a huge transition during the past 30 years. Either in term of the contents of system or macro-management, the cause of social security has obtained remarkable achievements. Especially in recent decade, it has stepped into the stage of comprehensive transition. Reviewing the development of social security, we can draw lessons for the directions of research in future. |
