黑龙江省矿业产业布局及结构创新构想

矿业由于受资源赋存条件和地质开采条件的制约,在产业结构上呈现出分散型、超重型、单一型、稳态型、技术结构低下型等特点。根据区域成矿规律之预测成果,可将黑龙江省划分为北、南、东三个矿产资源经济带、七个矿产资源经济区。应根据各经济带和经济区的矿产资源情况,调整矿业产业布局,创新矿业产业结构。

Innovation Vision for Mining Industrial Structure and Distribution in Heilongjiang

Under being restricted by resource reserves and geological exploitation,mining industrial structure presents a variety of characteristics,such as dispersion,overweight,single,steady-state,as well as low technological structure.The paper argues that the north,south and east mineral resource economic zones,plus seven mineral resource economic areas can be formed in Heilongjiang province in accordance with forecast achievements of regularity of regional ore formation.With the different mineral resource situation of these economic zones and areas,mineral industrial distribution and structure should be readjusted and be innovated.
