浅谈大学生思想品德和心理素质教育的关系

随着时代发展,对人才本身素质的要求也相应提高,不再单纯强调道德素质,心理素质也被列入重中之重。因此思想品德教育与心理素质教育成为高校培养高素质人才不可或缺的两种手段。主要分析了两者间的联系、区别与互补关系,旨在引起高校对这两种教育合理运用和有机结合的关注,从而优化大学生的素质教育,促进其全面发展。

To Discuss Simply on Relationship Between Ideological and Moral Education with Psychological Quality Education for College Students

With the development of the times,the requirements for talents also correspondingly increase,which not only lay emphasis on the moral quality ,but also refer more too psychological quality. Therefore,the moral education and psychological quality education play key roles in the cultivation of high-quality intellectuals on campus. This paper mainly summarizes the connection, difference as well as the complementarity between two kinds of education and intends to make the college managers care for the appropriate application and effective integration of them to improve the college quality education and to promote the development of student in all-round way.
