| 摘 要： | 西部大开发以来,西部地区循环经济的发展成绩显著,但也存在一些问题.要解决西部循环经济发展中存在的问题,就必须坚持统筹发展的分析方法,提高全社会对促进西部地区循环经济统筹发展重要性的认识,增加制度供给,在立法的基础上对传统经济发展理论进行修正,这样才能实现西部地区循环经济的良性发展.

| Abstract: | Since western development,its circulative economy has developed greatly.But it still has some problems.In order to solve these problems,we must keep overall develop analysis way,improve the emphasis of the whole society,strengthen system supply,correct traditional economic development theory,correct traditional economic development theory on the base of legal.So we can realize develop the circulative economy positively. |
