论期刊编辑部编辑人才的管理和培养

摘    要:提高办刊水平和期刊质量,必须重视期刊编辑部人力资源管理和复合型编辑人才的培养。在人力资源管理方面,不仅要保证引进编辑人才的质量,建立相应的绩效考核机制、激励机制和竞争机制,而且要注重做好编辑在工作中的心理调适,帮助他们防止和克服职业倦怠。在编辑人才培养方面,注重营造编辑部的学习氛围,使编辑既能学到各方面知识,又能张扬个性,发挥潜能,为期刊发展培养不同类型的编辑人才。

Abstract:It is necessary to underscore human resources management of editorial department and the training of compound editors for better journal quality. In terms of human resources management, it is important not only to ensure the quality of editors recruited, establish performance evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and competitive mechanism but also do a good job in psychological adjustment of editors in a move to prevent and get over occupational fatigue. In terms of editor training, it is vital to build an learning ambience as it can drive editoi's to learn knowledge of various kind, display their characters, bring into full play their potential and build compound editorial talents.
