海西低碳经济发展路径研究

发展低碳经济是解决当前气候和能源问题的关键,受到国际社会的普遍关注。当前,福建在建设海西经济既面临着难得的发展机遇,也面临一些亟待解决的问题——如何在发展壮大海峡西岸产业群、城市群、港口群的过程中实现低碳经济。本文阐述的是在海西国家战略的撬动下,推动海西经济低碳发展,实现经济发展与资源环境保护双赢。

The Research on West Coast Low-carbon Economy Development Paths

Development of low-carbon economy is the critical key to solve the current climate and energy problems which has got the international community's attention. Currently, Fujian is facing rare development opportunities in building the West Coast Economic Zone, and it also facing some problems to be solved --- how to achieve low-carbon economy in the process of growing and developing the West Coast industry groups, city groups and port groups. This paper describes how to promote low-carbon economy, and get both win of economic development and resources & environment protection under the national strategy of West Coast.
