基于组织生态理论的创业环境因子探析

目前,学术界对于环境和企业成长关联性的关注已渗透到多个领域,但系统地探讨环境对于 创业成效的影响仍主要归功于组织生态理论的出现及完善。一般意义上,与创业相关的环境可以细分为三 个层面,即:宏观的体制,中观的社区和微观的群落。在特定条件下,相应层面的创业环境对创业成效发 生着不同及复合性的影响。本文旨在应用组织生态理论,通过对三层次创业环境的比较分析,探讨培育我 国创业驱动型环境因子的可行路径。

The Influence of Environment on Entrepreneurship Based on Theories of Ecology of organizations

Favorable environment is important for entrepreneurship.There are three levels of entrepreneurial environment:macro,medium and micro.The influences of different levels are different.The aims of this paper are to study the theories of ecology of organizations,and to analyze the entrepreneurial environments and their influences on entrepreneurship in China with the reference of those in the US,and to answer the following question:how can we do to improve the entrepreneurial environments in China.
