国外汇率制度与宏观经济绩效研究述评

宏观经济绩效是衡量与选择汇率制度的重要依据,随着汇率制度分类方法由法定分类向各种事实分类转变,需要重新审视汇率制度对宏观经济绩效影响的结论。近年来,一些文献单独使用各种事实分类法,或者混合使用事实和法定分类法,研究汇率制度对于通货膨胀、经济增长和金融稳定性的影响。其结论可供政策制定者参考,分析方法可供进一步研究借鉴。

A Review of Foreign Research on the Relation between Exchange Rate Regime and Macroeconomic Performance

Macroeconomic performance is one of the important standards for exchange rate regime evaluation and choice.With the transition of exchange rate regime classification method from de jure to de facto,the conclusion of the relation between exchange rate regime and macroeconomic performance drawn from de jure method should be reexamined.In recent years,the effect of exchange rate regime on inflation,growth and financial stability are researched by de facto method or de jure/facto hybrid method.The conclusions based on different classification method or samples of different type countries are usually not consistent.The results of these literatures provide reference to policy makers,and the methods used in these papers are useful for future research.
