| 摘 要： | 在国际反垄断法领域,由于形成国际反垄断统一法的困难,各国都借助于反垄断法的域外适用,但反垄断法的域外适用也存在一定的不足。对于这种国际反垄断法的现状,我国应采取相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Because of the difficulties in forming the unitary anti-monopoly law in international, in the region of international anti-monopoly law,all countries draw support from the anti-monopoly law outside,while the application of it outside has its defects. We should adopt corresponding measures to deal with the situation. |
