| 摘 要： | 基于城市夜景照明的内涵要素和工程规划、建设、管理的现状 ,评析了夜景照明规划中过分依赖和夸大人工照明功能的“灯光主体”观点 ,指出了光环境主体错位对城市可持续发展和对人健康产生的影响 ,提出了城市夜景照明规划的基本原则。

| Abstract: | The intention key element lighted on the basis of the urban night scene, and the project planned, construction, current situation of management, we criticize for excessive to rely on and exaggerate "artificial to light"light subject" theory of function in planning of night scene illumination. And point out the ring of light border subject misplace to city sustainable development and native healthily influence. From basing on people, have studied the urban night scene and lights the basic principles planned in respects, such as environmental sustainable development, public participation, the technological innovation, etc. |
