| 摘 要： | 目前,信息化建设缺乏科学的信息化水平测度理论的指导,因而建立一套科学的、系统的、可操作的信息化测度理论与方法对信息化建设进行科学、客观、准确评价,树立信息化理念迫在眉睫。文章提出了综合企业信息化和行业信息化环境的“行业信息化测度理论”。

| Abstract: | All the time,the informationization construction lacks the scientific guidance of the theory of evaluating the level of informationization,therefore, establishing a scientific,systematic,operable theory and method of evaluating the level of informationization is very pressing for evaluating informationization construction scientifically,externally and exactly,building up informationization idea.This essay points out "the theory of evaluating the level of industry informationization" which integrates enterprise informationization with industry informationization environment. |
