灰评估技术在员工绩效评价中的应用研究

摘    要:灰评估是指以不同条件、利益与意向为根据,对事物、方案等,按定性的灰类进行评估,以获得这些事物、方案等的序次态势,它也可以用于员工的绩效评价。本文分析了灰评估对员工绩效评价的有效性,在建立员工绩效评价指标体系的基础上,进行了灰评估技术在员工绩效评价中的应用研究。并指出:当已知员工绩效水平相当时,运用灰评估技术进一步评价,可以得出员工绩效水平的序次态势。

Abstract:Grey assessment refers to a qualitative gray assessment to things, programs based on the different conditions, interests and intentions in order to obtain the ordinal trend of the things, programs, and it can be used for employee performance evaluation. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of the gray assess In employee performance evaluation, and makes applied research on grey assess technology in employee performance evaluation. And pointed out: When given the level of employee performance fairly, the use of gray assessment techniques to further evaluate the level of employee performance can be drawn ordination of posture.
