| 摘 要： | 职业经理是与市场经济和现代企业制度紧密相连的。随着社会主义市场经济体制的完善和现代企业制度的建立，我国企业急需大批高素质的职业经理人队伍。根据我国目前企业经营的实际情况，如何培养造就适应我国经济发展需要的高素质职业经理人队伍，已成为现实紧迫的任务。
