摘    要:分别依据GB/T 19494-2004《煤炭机械化采样》、GB/T 212-2008《煤的工业分析方法》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对整批煤炭进行采样、灰分测定以及对灰分测定全过程不确定度各分量进行分析、计算、合成。通过比较各分量的不确定度,得出采样是不确定度的主要来源。

Abstract:The batch of coal was sampled in accordance with GB/T 19494-2004 mechanical sampling of coal, the ash was determined in accordance with GB/T 212-2008 proximate analysis of coal. According to JJF 1059.1-2012 evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement, each component affecting the uncertainty in determination of ash was analyzed, calculated and combined. By comparing the uncertainty of each component, sampling was the main source of the uncertainty.
