| 摘 要： | 文章从知识共享的角度,从运作能力、管理能力、发展潜力和合作稳定性4个维度构建了第三方物流企业选择合作伙伴的评价指标体系。在概括了模糊综合评价法的建模思路基础上,通过实例验证对合作伙伴选择方案的评估模型进行了评价分析,从而为第三方物流企业选择合适的合作伙伴提供科学、合理的决策依据。

| Abstract: | Based on knowledge sharing, the paper builded an evaluation system of third-party logistics partners divided in four dimensions： the operation ability, management ability, potential development and stability of cooperation. After summarizing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a numerical example is put forward to the evaluation model of the partner selection scheme in order to provide scientific and reasonable decision-making basis for choosing the right third-party logistics partners. |
