国内外发展高科技园区金融支持体系的比较

经过近20年的艰苦探索,我国高科技园区基本实现了初期创业目标,成为我国经济增长速度较快的区域和地方经济新的增长点。目前世界各国风险投资体系健全完善,满足了高新技术产业的风险投资需要,然而我国由于创办高科技园区时间短,在发展过程中还存在不少的障碍因素。为此,我国应借鉴国外金融支持高科技园区的经验,建立专门支持促进高科技园区发展的特殊财政与金融系统。

For more than 20 years Chinese"hi-tech parks"have primarily achieved the initiative objectives after the laborious practices and become the new growth point in the regional economy.Many countries have the complete system against investment risks in developing new high technology;however,since China has only a short history of building"hi-tech parks",there still remain a lot of restrictive factors.Therefore,it is very important to benefit from those advanced foreign experience in the process of establishing Chinese financial support system for the development of "hi-tech parks".
