INCSP协同范式：产业发展多链协同演进的哲学思考

协同理念“涌现”对哲学产生了冲击和影响，引发了新的哲学问题和思考。产业发展实践中产业链、创新链、资金链、服务链和政策链协同问题是新的哲学问题之一。在梳理信息与通信技术产业多链协同、静脉产业多链协同演变过程和产业发展相关文献基础上，归纳认为产业链、创新链、资金链、服务链和政策链五链协同可以作为产业发展实践的一种范式(INCSP协同范式),并从理论依据和协同范式中链元素的充分必要性方面阐述其科学性。产业发展INCSP协同范式既是协同理论在产业发展中的应用，也是产业哲学研究方式的抽象概括，不仅在认识论上丰富了人们对产业发展哲学的认识，同时也将引起思维方式的变革。

INCSP Synergy Paradigm: Philosophical Reflections on Multi-chain Synergetic Evolution of Industrial Development

The emergence of the concept of synergy has impacted and influenced philosophy, triggering new philosophical problems and thinking. In the practice of industrial development, the synergy of industrial chain, innovation chain, capital chain, service chain and policy chain is one of the new philosophical problems. On the basis of combing the evolution process of multi-chain collaboration in information and communication technology industry, multi-chain collaboration in vein industry and relevant literature on industrial development, it is concluded that the five-chain collaboration of industry chain, innovation chain, capital chain, service chain and policy chain can be used as a paradigm of industrial development practice (INCSP collaboration paradigm).It also expounds its scientific nature from the theoretical basis and the sufficient necessity of the chain elements in the synergy paradigm. The INCSP collaboration paradigm of industrial development is not only the application of synergy theory in industrial development, but also the abstract generalization of the research method of industrial philosophy. The resesrch not only enrichis people''s understanding of industrial development philosophy in epistemology, but also causes the change of thinking mode.
