在存量规划发展背景下,苏州大力推动空间重构、资源重组、品质重塑,全面重塑产业创新集群发展空间格局。镇村工业集中区是苏州早年经济发展的主阵地,集聚着大量低效工业用地,是产业空间重塑的重点区域。采用实地调研和理论分析法,剖析苏州市镇村工业集中区的现状及存量盘活转型升级实践路径,总结存在的问题及困境,提炼可推广的经验做法,为其他地区提供“苏州经验”。

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Path of Suzhou Town and Village Industrial Concentration Area

Under the background of stock planning and development,Suzhou reshapes the spatial pattern of innovative industrial clusters,pushes spatial restruction, resource reorganization and quality reengineeration.The centralized areas of rural industry which acted an extremely important role for the reconstruction of industrial space gain the initiative of Suzhou economy development at the begining, gathering a large number of inefficient industrial land.The current situation of the centralized areas of rural industry in Suzhou is studied by means of field research and theoretical analysis. The practical path of stock revitalization, transformation and upgrading is dissected. Then the existing problems and difficulties are summarized, and the experience and practices that can be promoted are refined, in order to provide "Suzhou experience" to other regions.
