党组织参与公司治理对企业技术创新的影响

创新是引领发展的第一动力。党组织参与公司治理已成为我国企业公司治理的一大特色。以2013—2020年中国A股上市公司作为研究对象,对其技术创新的阶段进行划分,主要包括成果转化以及技术开发两阶段。并从这两个角度出发,考察党组织参与公司治理在创新的两个阶段与企业技术创新之间的关系。

The Influence of Party Organizations'' Participation in Corporate Governance on Enterprise Technological Innovation

Innovation is the first driving force for development. The participation of Party organizations in corporate governance has become a major characteristic and important part of corporate governance in China''s enterprises. Taking China''s A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2020 as the research object, the stages of their technological innovation are divided, mainly including the transformation of achievements and the development of technology. From these two perspectives, the relationship between the participation of the Party organizations in corporate governance at the two stages of innovation and enterprise technological innovation is examined.
