| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍是大学生思想政治教育的主体队伍之一,是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理的骨干力量,加强辅导员队伍建设是推进大学生思想政治教育的一项重要任务,辅导员队伍的创新发展尤为重要。在新形势下,只有科学地确定辅导员队伍建设的发展路径,才能造就一支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正的辅导员队伍。
