福建省出生性别比失衡问题及其治理对策

在人口发展的过程中,自20世纪80年代初期开始福建省出现了较为严重的出生性别比失衡现象。它是多种因素综合作用的结果,有人口过程的因素,也有社会经济、文化和政治因素。由于传统文化、现实生产力和社会保障制度的长期性,因此,只有采取行政的、法制的手段,加大对非法胎儿性别鉴定、非法终止妊娠行为的打击力度,才可能在短时期内降低福建省出生人口性别比偏高的现状。

The Problem of Birth Sex Ratio Imbalances and its Countermeasures in Fujian Province

In the process of population development,a more serious imbalances in birth sex ratio appeared in Fujian province since the early 1980s.It was the results by a variety of factors which included the factor of population process and social economic,culture and political factors.Because of the long-term of traditional culture,practical productive force and social security system,only through administrative and legal method,intensifying the crackdown of illegal fetus gender identification,illegal determination of pregnancy,it was possible to reduce the higher birth sex ratio in a short period of time in Fujian province.
