| Abstract: | Credit enhancement is extensively used in project finance activities as a financial innovation and risk management tool.Credit enhancement on one party in a certain transaction can increase the confidence of counter parties and help complete a successful transaction.The paper focuses on different ways of credit enhancement and analyzes domestic cases since the 1980s.This will be a great help to financial practitioners. |
