| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了20世纪80年代以来美国联邦存款保险公司处置问题银行和储贷机构的经验,分析了当前我国银行业危机管理的现状,并在借鉴美国成功经验的基础上,提出了完善我国银行业危机管理的对策。
