基于茶文化资源库建设背景下茶膳系列菜品的开发研究

摘    要:建设茶文化资源库,有助于深入挖掘茶文化背后的传统文化精神,且对茶膳系列菜品的开发有综合促进的作用。基于此,本文主要分析茶文化资源库建设背景下茶膳系列菜品开发与研究的价值,通过多维度茶膳系列菜品开发,带动茶文化系列的全域旅游资源开发与拓展,形成区域性发展特色,助推旅游业的整体升级。

Research on the Development of Tea Diet Dishes under the Background of Tea Culture Resource Database Construction

Abstract:The construction of the tea culture resource library helps us dig the traditional culture spirit behind the tea culture deeply,improve the systematic value of the development of the tea culture,and has a comprehensive promoting effect on the development of the series of tea dishes.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the construction value of the development and research of the tea diet dishes under the background of the construction of the tea culture resource pool.Through the development of the multi-dimensional tea diet dishes,the development of the tea culture series will drive the development and expansion of the all-region tourism resources,form regional development characteristics,and boost the overall upgrade of tourism.
