| Abstract: | In this paper,the detection indicators,technical characteristics and necessity of microbial detection technology were analyzed,combined with the application points of immunology technology,spectrum technology,metabolism technology,molecular biology technology,mass spectrometry detection technology,sensor technology in food inspection,through the research to do the preparatory work,refine the technical steps,do a good job in data collation and other technical matters The purpose is to improve the reliability of food inspection results and lay a foundation for the continuous improvement of the technical system. |
