样品前处理技术在食品农药残留检测中运用概述

摘    要:本文首先分析了农作物农药残留的危害,概述了农作物样品前处理检测技术,随后分析了农药残留检测中的具体样品前处理技术,例如溶剂加速萃取技术、渗透色谱凝胶技术、微波辅助萃取技术和固相萃取技术等,以提升食品检测中农药残留物检测的准确性,保障我国农产品市场的安全、健康发展。

Abstract:This article first analyzes the crops the harm of pesticide residues,this paper expounds the overview of the main crops sample pretreatment testing technology,then points out the sample pretreatment technology in detection of pesticide residue in specific content,such as accelerated solvent extraction technology,the permeation chromatography gel technology,microwave assisted extraction technology and solid phase extraction technology and so on,the accuracy of pesticide residue detection in food testing can be gradually improved,and the safety and healthy development of China’s agricultural products market can be guaranteed.
