Abstract:With the improvement of people’s living standards,heavy metal pollution has gradually become a hot topic.Chopsticks are the most frequently used food utensils in people’s daily life.This paper discusses the application of atomic absorption spectrometry in the detection of heavy metals in the coating of chopsticks,aiming to provide some reference for the quality supervision of chopsticks.
