| 摘 要： | 委托人代理人竞争力是委托代理合约设计与报酬分配的重要决定因素,沿着委托人代理人产权控制权占有与合约报酬分配、治理机制对委托人代理人竞争力约束与合约分配、信息不对称及委托人代理人竞争力与合约分配、委托人代理人个人特征与合约报酬均衡等线索,梳理、评价有关委托人代理人竞争力与合约报酬相关课题的研究进展,并指出该领域未来研究的发展趋向。

| Abstract: | The principle agent′ competitiveness is the important factors that influence the contract design and reward. The paper assesses the research projects progress of principal agent′s competitiveness and reward related contract,and points out development trend of future research in the field along the clues of principal agent′s possession of property and contract reward distribution,governance mechanisms′ competitive binding and contract distribution to principal agent,asymmetric information and the principal agent′s competitive and contract distribution,and the principal agent′s personal characteristics as well as contracts reward imbalance. |
