公司治理结构熵及其算例分析

为了定量刻画公司治理结构的无标度性，本文提出并定义了公司治理结构熵的概念，解析了公司治理结构熵意义上的两种公司治理状态“经营者控制”和“共同治理”，并以某公司的治理结构为例进行了分析，得出公司治理结构熵能够反映公司治理结构的无标度性的结论，指出公司治理结构熵可成为深层解析公司治理结构的一种重要工具。

Corporate Governance Structure Entropy and Its Example Analysis
