| 摘 要： | 提出了现今军队后方油库在安全管理上存在的一些问题，并针对这些问题，创造性地运用HSE管理体系进行分析和改进。通过对传统管理模式和HSE管理作定性比较，指出了后方油库运用HSE管理体系的优势，并展望了后方油库管理的发展趋势和方向。

| Abstract: | In this article firstly some problems in the safety management of military rear oil depot is brought forward.Aiming at these problems,for the first time we introduces the HSE management system.Then we qualitatively compared the traditional management mode and HSE management system and point out the advantage of HSE management system.Finally the development direction of rear oil depot is prospected. |
