| Abstract: | A governance entropy model was established based on the dissipative structure.The governance problems of famers' water-saving economic and cooperative organization were analyzed.Some countermeasures were proposed from the perspectives of organizational structure,institutional construction,benefit mechanism and training,and they should depend on specific organization structure. |
