| 摘 要： | 在对区域水系统综合绩效评价内涵进行界定的基础上,探讨区域供水系统、区域用水系统以及区域污水处理系统的绩效评价指标,构建了区域水系统综合绩效评价指标体系;基于灰关联分析法与投影寻踪法,建立了区域水系统综合绩效评价模型;提出了区域水系统综合绩效优化对策。
