| 摘 要： | 在分析节水农业现状及存在问题的基础上,认为节水农业的发展不能仅仅局限在低层次的节水灌溉工程建设与田间灌溉技术的推广应用上,而需要进行更深层次的思考。针对区域水资源特点与节水农业发展的现状,提出了发展节水农业的对策与措施,并展望了未来节水农业的发展方向。
