| 摘 要： | 文章将产业链整合的思想纳入休闲时代的大背景中，在国内外相关研究的基础上，综合运用产业组织、休闲经济等理论，力图解决产业链整合在休闲产业发展中的地位问题，通过揭示产业链整合的内涵、模式和微观基础，提出一套操作性与对策性较强的策略方案。

| Abstract: | Based on related researches at home and abroad, this paper brings the idea of industrial chain integration into the background of leisure times, integrates industrial organization theory and leisure economy, and tries to solve the issue----the status of industrial chain integration in the development of leisure industry. It puts forward a feasible strategic project through revealing the micro-base of industrial chain integration and the dynamic mechanism of industrial structure upgrading. |
