摘    要:研究目的:研究、设计开发和试验海量影像和矢量数据的存储组织。研究方法:理论分析法,对比试验法。研究结果:设计、开发并验证了独立于GIS和数据库平台软件、基于数据库方式的海量影像数据存储技术和基于Oracle Spatial的海量矢量数据存储技术。研究结论:研究技术解决了第二次全国土地调查国家级数据库管理系统建设项目的技术瓶颈,满足国家级土地调查数据管理应用的需求。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study, design and develop, and make experiments on the storage organization of mass images and vector data. Methods employed are theoretical analysis and contrast experiment. The results indicate that first the mass images data storage technology based on database mode, which is independent from GIS and database platform software, and second the mass vector data storage technology based on Oracle Spatial have been designed, developed and verified. It is concluded that the invented technologies have solved the technical bottleneck of the national database management system for Second National Land Survey and have meet the application requirements of the land survey data management at national level.
