| 摘 要： | 发展战略性新兴产业是我国转型期产业升级的方向,是实现经济可持续发展的重要推动力量。应该根据战略性新兴产业的特征,明确选择标准,提出发展规划,并从政府引导、市场需求、技术创新、金融支持和产业组织等方面构建培育战略性新兴产业的机制。

| Abstract: | The development of the new strategic industries during china＇s transitional period is the direction of the industrial / upgrading, which is an important driving force for the sustainable economic development. Based on the characteristics of the new strategic industries and the clear selection criteria, this paper proposes the development plans and builds the new strategic industry mechanisms from the government guidance, market demand, technological innovation, financial support and industry organization. |
