| 摘 要： | 我国旅行社信息化建设成绩显著，在此基础上本文提出了旅行社业务流程重组的必要性，并分析了影响旅行社业务流程重组成功的因素，借鉴中青旅、金棕榈旅行社业务流程重组的实践，以现代信息技术为支持平台，对信息化条件下旅行社业务流程进行了探讨，提出了建立业务与财务一体化的旅行社业务新流程。

| Abstract: | TFhe informatization of Chinese travel agency has gained outstanding achievements, and objectively made BPR of travel agency become inevitable. On this basis, the paper analyzes the factors which affect BPR success of the travel agency. The practice of CYTS and Golden Palm BPR is borrowed as reference and the framework of business processes under the condition of informatization was discussed, and it was proposed to establish the business and financial integration of the new business processes of travel agency. |
