我国上市公司监事会特征:描述与分析

对我国中小企业板块上市公司的监事会特征作了统计描述与分析后发现:我国上市公司监事会的规模主要集中在3人制和5人制上,监事会规模大小几乎不能影响公司的发展态势和绩效。同时,上市公司中监事会成员持股数量低、年度报酬低,零持股、零报酬现象比较多;监事会年度召开会议次数主要集中在3～5次,而且监事会成员知识主要集中在本科学历和大专学历,学历偏低,高层次学历人员不多。另外,我国监事会成员职业主要集中在工程师、经济师和会计师,监事会成员年龄特征主要集中在40岁以下和40～50岁。
