| 摘 要： | 生鲜食品物流在国外一直是物流市场的重头戏,近年来逐渐受到理论界和实务界的重视。通过对生鲜食品配送关键作业的具体分析,提出运用泰勒科学管理思想解决中国生鲜食品配送中高能耗、高成本、低效率的问题,具有一定的实践价值。

| Abstract: | Fresh food logistics is always the crucial thing of the market overseas, while recent years it also received the theory and the solid service's value gradually. This article proposed using the Taylor scientific management to solve the question belong to our country's fresh food distribution that the high energy consumption, the high cost, the low efficiency, through analyzed the essential work concrete of the fresh food distribution, has a certain application value. |
