| 摘 要： | 中小企业技术创新是影响各国经济增长的重要因素。而影响中小企业技术创新的最大障碍是资金约束。通过分析江苏中小企业发展现状及制约其技术创新的因素,探寻金融支持中小企业技术创新的路径,以建立中小企业技术创新的金融支持体系。

| Abstract: | The technological innovation of the small-medium enterprises(SMSE)have a great affection to the economy development . The problem is financing difficulty .this paper Induces the situation of SMSE and analysis the reasons; we hope to find the way of financial support for the technological innovation of the SMSE and construct the financial support system. |
