| 摘 要： | 任务类型是影响群体绩效的重要因素之一。国外这方面的研究已有几十年的历史,而我国还没有相关的研究工作,对国外相关研究结论进行介绍的文献也极少。文中介绍了国外关于任务类型对群体绩效的相关研究工作和结论:不同任务类型对群体绩效的影响不同,有的任务类型能增强群体绩效,有的任务类型却降低群体绩效。最后提出VM群体应该按照互补性方式来组织任务。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews foreign theories and researches relevant to relationship between group performance and individual performance by four major types of tasks. The reductionism perspective is supported by group performance on additive and conjunctive tasks. The holistic perspective is supported by group performance involve disjunctive and complementary tasks. VM groups should perform tasks organized in complementary ways. |
