| 摘 要： | SA8000标准的实施对我国外贸及其相关企业都产生了一定的影响。文中结合我国现阶段出现的多种劳资问题,认为我国企业应充分了解该标准的相关实践要求,在积极采取措施主动适应这一标准的同时,还应及时避免其带来的不利影响。

| Abstract: | The SA8000 standard effected our international trade enterprises and its relational corporations.The thesis begin with some labor-and-capital problem,then suggest our corporations must understand the request of the standard,and adopt active measures to accomodate with the standard,meanwhile,avoid its disadvantage. |
