| 摘 要： | 文章从信息系统在企业实施的现状入手,从整个系统生命周期分析了如何使信息系统在企业中成功实施。提出了在规划设计阶段要找出适合自身需求的信息系统,做好计划管理;实施中要有业务流程再造(BPR)的配合,做好信息化管理;运行要有持续改进再开发管理。

| Abstract: | This text starts with current situation of enterprise's implementing from information system, analysing from whole system life cycle how to make the information system succeed in implementing among enterprises,and puts forward the most important thing is to find out an information system which suits one's own demand in designing phase, managing plan well. There should be cooperation with business processes reengineering (BPR ) while implementing and managing informationization well.Enterprise should operate lasting development management again for improvement. |
