Status of Building Economic Development of Urban Central District and Getting out of Predicament

On the context of land and other resource elements being used economically,industry being developed in cluster,and enterprises being run intensively,building economy in city center was born at the historic moment,which has made city vigorously develop,and become new engines of economic transformation,industrial upgrading,level improving,developing low carbon economy.Most of business institutions gathered in central zone of the city.As to the suggestions for its development,we put forward that,to make building economy growth,elements configuration and collaborative supporting of building economy should be done well,in accordance with the urban system engineering ideas.
