| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the basic theory of the CAP,combined with research on the problems in internal execution power of local government,this paper seeks the effective mechanisms to promote the execution power of local governments in China,to better push the transformation of government functions and the harmonious development of the central and local governments,and the whole society. |
