信息化背景下高校教师教育技术培养模式探析

摘    要:随着全球信息化的发展,我国的教育信息化也有了较大的发展。教育信息化使高校教师从思想观念到实践方法都必须更新,只有不断学习,进行培训,掌握现代教育技术,才能适应信息化教育的要求,才能提高教育教学质量和效益。本文指出了现有培训模式存在的问题,提出新的教育技术培训模式应以行动学习理论为指导,以岗位为核心,以网络联盟为依托。

Abstract:With the development of the global informatization,China's education informatization also has a large development.Education informatization asks the college teachers to update the ideas and practices method,constantly learn and get training,master modern educational technology,so that they can adapt to the requirements of the education informatization and improve the quality and efficiency of teaching.This article points out the problems of the existing training models,proposes that the new training mode of educational technology should be based on the theory of action learning,take the positions as the core,and rely on network alliance.
