| 摘 要： | 随着西部中小城镇发展进入快速增长时期,农村剩余劳动力转移问题成为城镇化研究中的热点之一。本文在分析西部地区中小城镇农村剩余劳动力转移现状的基础上,从城镇和农村两个系统探讨剩余劳动力转移中的主要问题,并提出相应对策建议。
